Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

ODE Connect is operated by Llewellyn Systems Inc, 2601 Blanding Ave, Ste C248, Alameda, CA 94501. ODE Connect provides MCP (Model Context Protocol) tools that connect your AI assistants to external services.

2. What Data We Collect

• Account information: Name, email address, and profile image from your Google or GitHub sign-in.
• OAuth tokens: Encrypted access tokens for services you connect (GitHub, Google Calendar, Spotify). We never store your passwords.
• Usage data: Query counts and timestamps for rate limiting. We do not log the content of your queries.
• MCP link metadata: Token identifiers, labels, and last-used timestamps.

3. What We Do NOT Collect or Store

• We do NOT store the content of data passed through MCP tools.
• We do NOT log your GitHub code, calendar events, or Spotify activity.
• We do NOT train AI models on your data.
• We do NOT sell or share your data with third parties.
• Live demo results (privacy scanner, phishing detector, PII scanner) are never stored — results are returned to your browser and immediately discarded.

4. How We Use Your Data

• To authenticate you and maintain your session.
• To connect your services via OAuth and pass tool requests between your AI and your connected services.
• To enforce rate limits and usage quotas based on your subscription plan.
• To process payments through Stripe (we do not store credit card numbers).

5. Third-Party Services

• Hugging Face Inference API: Used for ML-powered security tools (PII detection, phishing detection, code scanning). Text you submit is processed by Hugging Face models and not stored by ODE.
• Stripe: Handles payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Vercel: Hosts the application. Subject to Vercel's Privacy Policy.
• Supabase: Hosts our database. All data encrypted at rest.

6. Data Security

OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. All connections use HTTPS/TLS. We follow industry-standard security practices. You can revoke any service connection at any time from your dashboard.

7. Your Rights

You may at any time:

• Disconnect any connected service from your dashboard.
• Delete your MCP links.
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting solstaff@soundoflife.media.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of ODE Connect after changes constitutes acceptance.
